Don Lemon – Manhattan, $1.53 Million

Peeking inside Don Lemon’s former Manhattan, New York condo, it might be hard to believe he was willing to part with it. Measuring 1,404 square feet, it had just about everything the CNN anchor and his fiancé Tim Malone needed. It features two bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and an open concept living area.

Still, he sold the place in 2021 with the help of Malone, who is a broker. Perhaps the pair are gearing to create a new space together following their engagement in 2019. Lucky for Lemon, who currently hosts CNN Tonight, his partner is well-equipped to make that happen.

Leslie Jones – Beverly Hills, $3.9 Million

Turning her sights from New York to California, former Saturday Night Live cast member Leslie Jones picked a $3.9 million Beverly Hills property to add to her growing collection. Spanning 3,860 square feet, the home has four bedrooms and stands on a secluded area of a canyon road.

Although built in the early ‘50s, it looks modern with its exposed beam ceilings and open concept floor layout. Jones, who we last saw in the 2021 film Coming 2 America, can enjoy the home’s fancy master bedroom that opens to the pool in the backyard. Not to mention the all-glass shower, which has views of the trees right outside.

Wesley Snipes – New Jersey, $8 Million

Wesley Snipes has been through highs and lows throughout his film career. After finding success in the Blade films, he hit hard times in the late ‘00s that saw his New Jersey mansion at risk of being taken. According to the New York Post, he had trouble with back taxes and also faced conspiracy charges.

Fortunately, it seems like Snipes has bounced back and even starred in Coming 2 America in 2021. It’s not clear whether he still lives in the beautiful manse, though. Not a lot of information is available about the place, but it’s known to be located in the borough of Alpine.

Hoda Kotb – New York, Unknown

Being one of NBC News’ most prominent figures, it only makes sense that Today's co-anchor Hoda Kotb has a place in the Big Apple. She currently lives in a spacious apartment with her two children and her fiancé Joel Schiffman. The place featured a muted design scheme with walls.

Kotb adds vibrancy to her residence by putting up her young daughters’ artworks. Not much else is known about the New York apartment. However, it seems like a fitting home for Kotb and her growing family as they anticipate her and Schiffman’s upcoming wedding, which was postponed in 2020.

Snoop Dogg – Los Angeles, $720,000

Looking at Snoop Dogg’s mansion, it’s hard to believe that he didn’t pay a multimillion-dollar price for it. That’s probably because he bought the home in 1998 and its location in a supposedly middle-class neighborhood. The Drop It Like It’s Hot rapper likely spent serious money upgrading the four-bedroom home over the years, though.

Standing on 2.8 acres of land, the estate reportedly has its own basketball court and relaxation facilities. Not to mention are the panoramic views of the hills that surround it. Safe to say, the home seems like a fantastic place to unwind in, given Snoop’s busy schedule promoting his 2021 album From Tha Streets 2 Tha Suites.

Al Roker – Manhattan, Unknown

For NBC newsman Al Roker, his luxurious Manhattan brownstone isn’t just a home. It’s also a dream come true for him and a tangible sign of his success. And so, he and his family put a lot into designing the five-story abode’s interiors.

Roker took over decorating the kitchen as well as the grills they have in their backyard. His wife Deborah Roberts then did the rest of the home’s warm design scheme. While not in his dream home, Roker is out getting his name into record books as he did in June 2021 with over 60 of his colleagues. They broke the record for the longest online weather report relay.

Anderson Cooper – Brazil, Unknown

When CNN anchor Anderson Cooper wants to get a break from the 24-hour news cycle, he has a home away from home in Transoco, Brazil. The beachside village is where he set out to build a tropical home with the help of Dutch fashion designer Wilbert Das.

In the end, he ended up with four structures on his estate. One serves as a master suite with its own bar and pool, while two others are guesthouses. His son Wyatt, who was born in 2020, also has plenty of room to run around in the home’s tree-covered grounds.

Drew Barrymore – The Hamptons, $5.52 Million

Being the face of a popular talk show is one stressful job. So, it’s only right that Drew Barrymore has a nice retreat from her work life in New York City in the form of her home in the Hamptons. Located in the village of Sagaponack, hers is a $5.52 million beach house that stands less than a mile from the water.

The Drew Barrymore Show host bought the six-bedroom residence in 2019. Inside, it features exposed beams, high ceilings, and tons of windows, giving the abode an open feel. It would likely give her a nice place to work on her upcoming magazine, too, which she’s publishing with Bauer Media.

Adele – Beverly Hills, $9.5 Million

Adele may be a proud Brit, but it seems like she just couldn’t resist California’s array of beautiful homes! According to Hello! Magazine, the When We Were Young singer, has a $9.5 million abode in Beverly Hills. The 6,597-square-foot home was built in the ‘70s but looks very much up to date.

What’s more, it has plenty of space for her and her son Angelo to roam as it stands on 17,000 square feet of land. The property also has a swimming pool and a gazebo in its spacious backyard. Perhaps enjoying her 90210 digs, she bought another one in 2021 from fellow celeb Nicole Richie.

Jim Acosta – Maryland, Unknown

Seeing Jim Acosta deliver your news on the regular on CNN, you might be curious what his life is like off-cam. Like many, he likes to travel and most recently visited the famous Wire Pass Trail in Utah. But when he’s at work or sightseeing, he’s relaxing in his Annapolis, Maryland home.

Unfortunately, we don’t know a lot of details about Acosta’s abode. But given his estimated $700,000 a year salary, we don’t doubt he could easily afford a home well above the average $520,000 ones in Annapolis. For now, viewers can catch him on CNN Newsroom and CNN Special Reports as he continues to cover politics in 2021.

Brooke Baldwin – New York, Unknown

The year 2021 has been a big one so far for journalist Brooke Baldwin. After over a decade of employment, she parted ways with CNN in February to focus on her new book, Huddle. And just months before, she made the move into her new place in New York with her pug Pugsley and her husband, James Fletcher.

Not much is known about the former CNN Newsroom host’s current digs. However, she’s let her Instagram followers have a peek of it through the photos she shares. From what we can tell, Baldwin’s home is quite spacious, with her living room fitting a grand piano.

Chris Cuomo – The Hamptons, $2.5 Million

Chris Cuomo’s ties with New York don’t end with him being the brother of the state’s governor Andrew Cuomo. Take his charming property in the Hamptons, for one. With its shingled roof and wide plank floors, the home is a village-style retreat from the fast-paced Big Apple life.

Built by Cuomo and his wife Christina in 2008, the $2.5 million residence also served as their refuge when the city was quarantined in 2020. With five bedrooms inside, it certainly had plenty of space for the couple’s three children. He might miss the comfort of home, though, as he returns to the CNN studios to host Cuomo Prime Time in 2021.

Andy Cohen – New York, $8 Million

With a fortune worth $50 million, one apartment wasn’t enough for Bravo’s Andy Cohen. And so, he bought three separate ones and spent years creating his current abode. His digs is a sprawling duplex in New York’s West Village neighborhood that costs a reported $8 million.

Customized to his tastes, it features a fancy home bar and a golden disco ball that lights his chic living space. Safe to say, his son Benjamin, who was born in 2019 through a surrogate, is one lucky boy to have such a fabulous space. Cohen is lucky, too, given that he hosted The Real Housewives Of Atlanta virtual reunion in comfort there in 2020.

Jim Carrey – New York, $13.65 Million

Canadian comedian Jim Carrey is one private guy. So, it’s no shock that he went to great lengths to score a New York pad that’ll give him the privacy he craves. One of the properties he looked into is a six-floor townhouse listed for $13.65 million in the city’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Spanning 7,000 square feet, it has six bedrooms and two chef’s kitchens. What’s more, its topmost level features a glass-roofed solarium that would allow The Mask star to enjoy the cityscape without stepping out. According to sources, he currently lives in California, where he’s likely anticipating the release of his next film Sonic The Hedgehog 2, in 2022.

Jerry Seinfeld – Colorado, $14.95 Million

Jerry Seinfeld may be best known for his work in comedy, but he also has great taste in homes. Just look at the Colorado retreat he owns with his wife, Jessica. Sitting on a 27-acre estate, it features a farmhouse-style main home that has the perfect blend of stone and wood interiors.

Elsewhere in the mansion is a home library, full gym, and even a yoga studio. Its outside grounds also include a private trail and a creek. As of 2021, the estate is on the market for $14.95 million. Meanwhile, its celebrity owner is busy preparing to direct a Netflix film called Unfrosted, which he will also star in.

Asa Akira – Los Angeles, Unknown

Adult film star Asa Akira grew up pretty comfortable in SoHo, Manhattan, even before she got into the risque industry she’s in today. Having made a fortune of her own, she continues to live comfortably in her Los Angeles home with her husband, Sean Moroney.

Akira hasn’t publicized much about her city home, but she’s shared glimpses of her residence on her Instagram. From what we can tell, her place is a modern home with plenty of light and art on display. She’s also got a nice backyard for sunbathing. Safe to say, there’s plenty of space for her growing family, especially with the coming of her second baby in 2021.

Hyapatia Lee – Colorado, Unknown

Not many today would be familiar with Hyapatia Lee’s work, but the part Cherokee former adult entertainer entertained many in her heydays in the ‘80s. Today, though, she’s switched to a new career as a writer and alternative mental health care advocate.

According to her Twitter profile, the Indiana native is now a resident of Colorado. Although she hasn’t shared much about her home and its amenities, it’s safe to say that it’s something that’s close to nature. Lee has posted photos of herself enjoying the state’s famous mountains and wildlife.

Joe Rogan – Texas, $14.4 Million

As part of podcaster Joe Rogan’s exodus from California to Texas, he scored a new house in Austin worth a reported $14.4 million in 2020. At 10,890 square feet, calling the lakefront digs a deluxe house would be an understatement.

The Joe Rogan Experience host made the move coinciding with a $100 million deal he signed with Spotify. So, it’s no shock that he went all out for the purchase. The home comes with eight bedrooms, newly made over into a Texan-style farmhouse with a bit of Mediterranean flair to match.

Matt Lauer – The Hamptons, $44 Million

After former Today anchor, Matt Lauer was booted off NBC in 2017, his home in the Hamptons served as his retreat. Known as Strongheart Manor, it boasted of having 12 bedrooms and 300 feet of waterfront space. What’s more, it has a storied history, being previously owned by Richard Gere and having been built in 1902.

Lauer put the 6.3-acre compound on the market in 2020, though. According to a People report, he and his ex-wife Annette Roque planned on selling the place as they finalized their divorce the year prior. As of 2021, Lauer is still lying low and was last spotted out watching a hockey game.

Ann Curry – Manhattan, $2.9 Million

Former Today anchor, Ann Curry’s homeownership experience in New York hasn’t been easy. After purchasing a $2.9 million Manhattan brownstone, her renovation plans hit a snag when neighbors began complaining about the noise. See, Curry was planning on turning the 6,000-square-foot place into a single-family home.

Her plans also included a roof terrace as well as a rear garden. Unfortunately, those didn’t come to fruition as E! reports that she never got to move in. As of 2021, it seems that Curry is still living in New York while she teaches virtual classes for the American University.

Gregg Popovich – Texas, $3 Million

The year 2021 is bound to be a busy one for San Antonio Spurs president Gregg Popovich. There’s the NBA finals as well as his head coach post for the basketball team the United States would be sending to the Tokyo Olympics. So, it was good timing that he finished selling his San Antonio, Texas mansion in 2020.

The 9,600-square-foot home sold for $3 million after a price reduction and a couple of years on the market. Surprising since the abode boasts of such fantastic amenities as a Jerusalem stone wine cellar and a living room large enough to be a car showroom.

Megyn Kelly – New York, Unknown

Since her departure from NBC in 2019, the lawyer turned journalist Megyn Kelly has been a free agent. So, it seems like she got to spend a lot of time in her New York home as she worked on her next big project, which was announced in 2021 to be a daily talk show for SiriusXM.

Not much is known about Kelly’s city dwelling. But from the photos she’s shared on Instagram, it appears to be a place big enough for her three children and pup Thunder to roam. It also features chic light brown wood flooring and tons of windows to let the light in.

Jessica Biel – Hollywood Hills, $8.3 Million

Although originally a bachelor pad, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were able to turn their Hollywood Hills property into a family home. Life & Style magazine reports that the pair even added a putting green and a basketball court to better accommodate their needs.

The manse spans 13,530 square feet and is designed in Spanish style. Also on the grounds is a recording studio, which we bet comes in handy for her singer husband. As for Biel, she definitely found the home cozy enough as she gave birth to her second son Phineas privately in 2020.

Arnold Schwarzenegger – Los Angeles, Unknown

Arnold Schwarzenegger has done it all, from being a bodybuilding champ to a movie star to the governor of California. So, he definitely deserves to enjoy his 70s living in his lavish Los Angeles mansion. Looking at his Instagram feed, that’s just what he’s doing today...with his pets tagging along!

Located in the glitzy Pacific Palisades neighborhood, his dwelling reportedly has seven bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and several living rooms. What’s more, he had a stable built in the back where his pet donkey Lulu lives. While not relaxing at home, Schwarzenegger is busy working on a variety of projects, including the upcoming film The Legend Of Conan.

Sylvester Stallone – Palm Beach, $35.4 Million

Sylvester Stallone never did leave the spotlight since taking the world by storm as Rocky Balboa in the ‘70s. So, we’re not surprised that he can afford to splurge $35.4 million on a home in Florida’s glitzy Palm Beach area.

Purchased in 2020, Stallone’s new residence is a sprawling 13,200-square-foot Bermuda-style compound. A mansion in tropical paradise, it boasts of having a spa and a keyhole-shaped swimming pool. With the Rambo star still in demand, we don’t doubt this won’t be his last mansion purchase. Catch him next in the 2021 film Samaritan.

Jean-Claude Van Damme – California, $7.25 Million

Jean-Claude Van Damme entertained moviegoers with his action-packed films in the ‘90s. Now, the Double Impact star is enjoying the fruits of his labor living in the best homes money could buy. One of those is the 7,574-square-foot California residence he sold for $7.25 million in 2016.

The multilevel Marina Del Rey abode has interiors as modern as its exterior design. It has its own elevator, for starters, and a rooftop swimming pool that overlooks the canal below. Van Damme is currently scouting Australia for a new home as he reportedly prepares to move continents. Sources also said that he is planning to film a movie there later in 2021.

Jason Statham – Hollywood Hills, $2.7 Million

We knew Jason Statham as one of Hollywood’s best action heroes. But never pegged him for a real estate whiz, too. Having an eagle eye for midcentury homes, he added a Hollywood Hills abode to his collection in 2015 and restored it to perfection.

The Transporter actor did away with the four-bedroom home’s dated decor and opted for more modern amenities while keeping its exterior intact. His additions include an immersion tub and a barrel sauna. Statham, who we’ll see next in an upcoming Guy Ritchie thriller, then listed it back on the market for $7 million in 2020.

Bruce Willis – Los Angeles, $9.8 Million

Even tough guys like action star Bruce Willis need a place to call home. And it looks like it’s a $9.8 million Los Angeles residence that he landed his sights on. Purchased in 2019, the modern home spans 13,048 square feet and has seven bedrooms, plenty of space for the two children he shares with his wife, Emma Heming.

Inside, the abode features a gray and white color scheme with black accents. This pattern can be seen from the movie theater to the indoor pool. Safe to say, The Sixth Sense actor would be missing home as he is busy shooting a film project in Alabama as of June 2021.

Dwayne Johnson – Los Angeles, $27.8 Million

Being a big guy, Dwayne Johnson needs an equally big place. So, it’s no surprise that he picked up a 17,630-square-foot mansion in 2021. But the Mediterranean-style residence offers more than just its massive size and hefty $27.8 million price tag.

Once owned by rocker Alex Van Halen, the estate boasts of having a world-class gym, a music studio, a movie theater, and even its own elevator. Its landscaped grounds are also filled with olive trees and hedges, lending the place a Tuscan vibe. What’s more, Johnson, who will star next in the DC film Black Adam, got the home at a discount.

Danny DeVito – Malibu, Unknown

Danny DeVito is comedy royalty, so it’s only right that he lives in a home fit for one. That abode is his Malibu beach house, which was given a luxurious makeover in 2016. The final product features whitewashed walls and an understated design scheme that complements the laid-back lifestyle that comes with living by the ocean.

Arguably the heart of the home, the living room is outfitted with custom-made tables and cozy sofas. The master suite, meanwhile, is also thoughtfully decorated with Turkish rugs and vintage textile. Devito might not get a lot of time to spend there, though, as he films the upcoming 15th season of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Martin Lawrence – Virginia, $8.5 Million

Martin Lawrence is best known as a movie star. But it seems like the Martin actor also knows a thing or two about house flipping. After purchasing his Virginia mansion for $1.2 million in 2005, he put it on the market for $8.5 million in 2018. Now, that’s a real estate investment with a huge payoff!

The 24,000-square-foot home is just as grand as its price tag. Inside, it features massive stone fireplaces, a double-height entrance gallery, and a master suite large enough to have its own kitchen. As of 2021, it’s unclear whether Lawrence, who we’ll see next in Bad Boys 4, has sold the residence.

Will Smith – Calabasas, $42 Million

With a net worth of $350 million, you bet Will Smith had the funds to build his dream home. And that’s what he did when he set out to construct his $42 million mansion in Calabasas. Completed in 2010, the home spans 25,000 square feet and practically has everything a homeowner could wish for.

For starters, the Moroccan-inspired residence has a home theater, a pool room, sports facilities, and even a recording studio. Its interiors are also worth admiring, given the intricate array of furniture and art to be found adorning the home. Last we heard, Smith is working on multiple projects, including the 2021 film King Richard.

Cameron Diaz – Beverly Hills, $14.7 Million

It looks like Cameron Diaz is thriving during her acting retirement! After welcoming her first child with husband Benji Madden, the couple bought a $14.7 million compound in Beverly Hills for their growing family. And with the farmhouse-style home having seven bedrooms, they could probably give their daughter Raddix five siblings and still have space to spare!

We have a feeling that Diaz, who launched her wine brand Avaline in 2020, might have picked the home for its temperature-controlled wine closet. Of course, the residence also has plenty of other amenities, including a modern kitchen, a private patio, and a backyard filled with shady trees for Raddix to roam.

Lucy Liu – Los Angeles, $3.06 Million

Meanwhile, Cameron Diaz’s Charlie’s Angels co-star Lucy Liu has left California. After owning her Los Angeles home for 18 years, the Elementary actress sold the midcentury residence in 2019. Described as a “Craftsman gem,” the home features handmade ceramic tiles and floor-to-ceiling windows inside.

It’s nestled among shrubbery and surrounded by woods, too, so we don’t doubt the residence offered Liu a ton of privacy. Still, that didn’t stop her from settling back in New York, where she now lives with her son Rockwell. That decision might be for the best, though, as she’s preparing to star in the upcoming Canadian film The Invisibles.

Benji Madden – Beverly Hills, $14.7 Million

Continuing our discussion of the new Madden family home, let’s talk more about its features. Technically a compound, Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden’s abode has both a mansion-sized main home and a separate guesthouse. The latter would definitely come in handy when their celebrity friends come over to visit.

What’s more, the 1.7-acre estate has plenty of space for al fresco entertaining. Elsewhere is a motor court with a three-car garage as well as space for an additional ten vehicles. That said, Madden’s new place is perfect for hosting parties for his artist management company, MDDN. He represents musical acts like Poppy and Sleeping with Sirens as of 2021.

Rhea Perlman – Beverly Hills, $85 Million

When Rhea Perlman and her husband Danny Devito offloaded this Beverly Hills estate in 2015, it only cost $28 million. Three years later, its value has gone up to $85 million. That’s likely because of the extensive expansion lawyer Stuart Liner, who bought the seven-bedroom home from the celebrity couple, did in that time span.

Standing on a 1.77-acre piece of land, the compound has a main house, an entertainment center, and a couple of guest houses. Perlman, who was just cast in Netflix’s 13: The Musical in June 2021, is currently living separately from her estranged husband.

Wolf Blitzer – Maryland, $1.3 Million

Wolf Blitzer has been a fixture at CNN for over three decades. And he’s been a fixture at his Bethesda, Maryland neighborhood for about the same time. He bought his current residence during his last year with The Jerusalem Post in 1989. At the time, two-story home for only $710K.

Today, its value has risen to $1.34 million, according to the Washingtonian. Not much is known about the amenities inside the home, but The Situation Room host shared once that his property has a backyard, where he often unwinds. As of 2021, Blitzer doesn’t seem to have plans of moving places as he continues to work in nearby Washington D.C.

Mel Gibson – Malibu, $14.5 Million

Sitting among the canyons overlooking the Pacific Ocean is Mel Gibson’s impressive 6,500-square-foot Malibu estate. And given that he spent much of his growing years in sunny Australia, we reckon the Oscar winner felt right at home in the five-bedroom home.

Inside, the abode features a home decor scheme of wood details and a rustic vibe. You’d almost think that you were transported to a luxury mountain lodge stepping in! Gibson, who’s currently busy shooting the 2021 film Bandit, put the place on the market for $14.5 million in 2019 but was later taken off of it.

Kate Winslet – New York, $5.3 Million

Taking a peek into Kate Winslet’s sprawling 3,018-square-foot penthouse in the Big Apple’s Chelsea neighborhood, it’s hard to believe she’s willing to part with it. The place has 13-foot ceilings, four bedrooms, and its own roof deck. What else could anyone living in cramped New Yorke ask for?

But given that she bought the place with an ex, we get where she’s coming from. Winslet, who primarily lives in an 18th-century estate in Southern England now, has sold the Chelsea penthouse in 2021 for $5.3 million. At the moment, she’s enjoying the success of her most recent TV show, Mare Of Easttown.

Ashton Kutcher – Santa Barbara, $10 Million

Ashton Kutcher has shown his talents for many things, from acting to modeling and even investing. But he also happens to have an eye for top-class real estate finds. A case in point is his and Mila Kunis’ Santa Barbara home. Bought for $10 million in 2017, it’s the perfect beachside escape from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood life.

Spanning 3,100 square feet of sunny space, it features all-white walls with pops of color from the decor. And with six bedrooms inside, there’s plenty of room for the couple’s two children. Kutcher’s probably enjoying the retreat’s laid-back vibe now after wrapping up his next movie, Vengeance, in 2021.

Julia Roberts – San Francisco, $8.3 Million

The world first fell in love with Julia Roberts as the Hollywood Boulevard-strutting female escort Vivian. And it looks like she fell in love with California as her character fell for Richard Gere because she hasn’t strayed far from it. Roberts, who’ll star next in the 2021 TV series Gaslit, even splurged a reported $8.3 million in 2020 to have a place in San Francisco.

Her recent buy is a five-story, five-bedroom Victorian abode located in one of the city’s most affluent neighborhoods. Aside from stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the house boasts of a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, which any vino fan would find handy.

Eddie Murphy – Los Angeles, $20 Million

Eddie Murphy’s rise to stardom is your classic rags to riches story. After growing up in New York public housing, he’s now the king of his own castle-like home in Los Angeles’ gated North Beverly Park community. Worth an eye-popping $20 million and custom-built by the Norbit star himself, it has ten bedrooms across its 18,600-square-foot expanse.

According to county records, his abode features an extensive library, a large swimming pool, and an underground vault. Impressed? Well, that’s just one of the properties in his impressive $35 million portfolio. And with his continuous success with films like Coming 2 America in 2021, he’ll be adding more to that soon.

Chrissy Metz – Los Angeles, $1.62 Million

Chrissy Metz may have only found her breakout role in This Is Us in 2016, but it seems like she’s already putting her earnings to good use. According to a Variety report, she spent $1.62 million on a home in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Although unassuming from the outside, the one-story home has luxe interiors with its high-end appliances and glass wine closet. It has five bedrooms and a swimming pool in its expansive backyard. That said, it’s definitely the perfect place to crash after a long day of shooting the NBC drama, which was renewed for a final season in 2021.

Jenna Jameson – California, $3.4 Million

The adult entertainment industry sure pays its stars good money! Proof of that is Jenna Jameson’s $3.4 million home in sunny California. Located in the Huntington Harbour community, it’s right by the water and has its own boat dock from the photos we’ve seen.

Perhaps due to privacy reasons, Jameson hasn’t given the world a look inside her Tuscan-style dwelling yet. Given her reported $5 million fortune, we don’t doubt it’s nothing short of magazine-worthy, though! Fans can catch up with her current life on her Instagram as she posts photos with her fiancé Lior Bitton, to whom she’s been engaged since 2019.

Chris Rock – Brooklyn, $3.35 Million

When funnyman Chris Rock isn’t making people laugh, he’s busy managing his impressive collection of properties. There’s his former home in Brooklyn, New York, which he sold in 2018. Bought for $370,000 in 1994, the Grown-Ups star got $3.35 million from its new owner.

That said, the three-story carriage house was certainly a good investment for Rock. And its current resident is enjoying the lavish master suite, which spans the entire third level of the home. Rock, who reportedly spends much of his time in his New Jersey abode, is set to star next in the film I Am Maurice.
